DGS (Dry Gas Seals) are the perks of the mechanical seal industry. Dry gas seals are non-contacting, dry-running mechanical face seals that consist of a mating (rotating) ring and a primary (stationary) ring. When operating, lifting geometry in the rotating ring generates a fluid-dynamic lifting force causing the stationary ring to separate and create a gap between the two rings. YALAN Seals Team has been spending great resources in developing and producing DGS (dry gas seals) in the last 3 years, and sccessfully developed and delivered full series of dry gas seals for compressors, pumps and mixers to our overseas clients. YALAN Seals now has a full sets of equipment for producing DGS, from face rings with dynamic pressure grooves to all metal parts and secondary barrier seals, and also built up a testing lab that could handle static and dynamic tests of 6 sets of DGS simultaneously.

• Give us your DGS requirements, with either the assembly drawing of your original seal, or the sealing chamber drawing with installation dimensions, along with operating conditions such as medium, shaft speed, operating temperature, and operating pressure.
• We will quote based on your inquiry and issue the invoice for the project.
• Start the design work and submit to clients for approval or possible design dimension tweaks.
• Start the production.
• All parts inspected with dimension check and rotary parts dynamically balanced.
• Static and running tests.
• Packing and delivery.
