Oil Seal, AKA Floating Oil Seal, an Alternative to Framework Oil Seal
Assembled with metal framework and NBR outer ring. Oil seals are also called grease, fluid or dirt seals - close spaces between stationary and moving components in mechanical equipment, helping prevent lubricant escape. They also stop harmful contaminants from entering machinery, particularly in severe environments. This component of ours can work as an alternative to the traditional framework oil seals.
Structural Features: two floating rings combined with O-rings to be a full system of sealing. The O-rings are working not only as sealing components but also as compensation components, which makes sure the seal faces closely stick together. The O-rings are not having direct contact with the shaft so it will cause no damage to it. The axial dimensions are small. The structure of the whole sealing system is compact and simple and it is easy to install, with great life time. This type of seals have wide ranges of usages and are maintenance free and has better sealing effects than normal elastomer shaft seals.
